X is for…

Xtro’s weird scuttling alien. Don’t look too closely, it’ll ruin the magic…

So that’s it. Nearly a month later, I’ve worked my way through all 230-plus of the reviews on this site and made them as palatable as I can (although it’s fair to say there’s been a bit of mild poo-polishing).

Some, though, haven’t survived due to their resistance to even the most vigorous application of elbow grease. For those, I decided I really needed to re-watch them and give them a decent chance. So it’s goodbye (for now) to Hammer’s The Witches and assorted others.

The last on my list was 82’s Xtro, a film which appears to be going through a bit of a renaissance at the moment. Good for Xtro, it’s a belter.

Next step for me is to re-do the films list and then figure out how to link the URL to the new site. I’d ask you to wish me luck, but you’ll only be able to read this if I get it right.
