New review: The Revenge Of Frankenstein

Gwynn, Gwynn, gone… a man of many parts, literally.

I revisited Hammer’s first sequel in its long-running Frankenstein franchise over the weekend. It had been a LONG time since I’d seen The Revenge Of Frankenstein, and it was also another film that was ill-served by a lacklustre review on this site. So I’ve taken the opportunity to give it a sparkling new appraisal.

The old review has been consigned to the bin of history (don’t worry, no forensic dissection needed this time) and hopefully this one gives a bit more food for thought. At least it looks like I’ve actually watched the film now…
